− Das Badezimmer ist für 5-6 Personen wirklich etwas klein und hat leider kein Fenster. Dadurch ist das Lüften schwierig.

Leider sehr enttäuschend durch die lieblose Nicht-Instandhaltung
4.0Das einzig gute an dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Auch an heißen Tagen schön kühl da im Erdgeschoss
− Es herrscht absoluter Renovierungsstau in dieser Wohnung. Anbei ein Auszug : Die Haustür schließt nicht richtig! ( ist aber anscheinend bekannt und wird nicht behoben! ) die Betten sind durchgelegen. Die Spülmaschine ist defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen nicht repariert. Die Dunstabzugshaube stinkt nach altem Fett und kann nicht benutzt werden. Die Lampe am Spiegelschrank im Bad hängt am seidenen Faden. Auf den Schränken wurde schon länger nicht staubgewischt. Insgesamt alles leider trotz guter Lage sehr enttäuschend und lieblos! Nachfragen/ Reklamationen werden ignoriert!
