10.0"A truly wonderful and exceptional hotel in every sense of the word! It offers a unique experience where you feel right at home within a highly sophisticated setting. A special thanks to Myriam at the reception, she is the epitome of professionalism and incredibly friendly. Her outstanding service truly fostered a genuine sense of loyalty to this property. Without a doubt, this will be my absolute go-to hotel whenever I visit Rom. Also, the kitchen of room service was very very delicious.
