Ok for an overnight stay

Ok accommodation to just stay for a night en route to next destination. However, their sofa bed was really uncomfortable. So would not recommend if you’re planning to use the sofa bed for your stay. Pool is small and due to location, it is cold even during summer.

The location was the best! so many food options and the mall, you can't beat it. my family was so impressed so will definitely be back.

− The door knob do not disturb sign kept falling off the knob so easily, could have been made to stay on better. other than that the only other thing I could think of is, the bathroom should of been stocked with more toilet paper. either way, the front desk gave me another one when I ran out, can't beat their hospitality.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Room Conditions I had a very frustrating experience with both the hotel’s service and room conditions. 1. Poor Front Desk Responsiveness After checking out, I realized I had left behind my extended MacBook cable and charger. I called the front desk that evening, but the night shift representative put me on hold for 15 minutes without returning. I called a second time and was again placed on hold for another 20 minutes while they supposedly checked the logbook and Lost & Found, but no one ever came back on the line. On my third call, I was told a note would be left for housekeeping and that I should call back the next morning. When I did, I was simply told nothing had been reported and the case was closed. This process was extremely inefficient and a complete waste of time. There was no follow-up, accountability, or real effort to assist. 2. Poor Room Air Quality In addition, the room’s air quality was very poor. Although I don’t typically have allergies, I woke up the first night with an itchy throat, runny nose, and sneezing. The symptoms were bad enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I had to turn off the air conditioning to feel better, which made the room uncomfortably stuffy. As a result, I did not get a good night’s sleep and had to purchase allergy medication the next day. Overall Between the lack of customer service and the uncomfortable room conditions, this stay did not meet basic expectations. I hope the hotel improves both staff responsiveness and room maintenance moving forward.
