Beautiful place, fantastic staff and a comfortable stay.
10.0We were welcomed by Nutan Bhatta on arrival - she was so friendly, approachable and attentive. She regularly cheked in with us and offerered suggestions and help for my holiday. She was lovely. Hotel itself is fantastic, really smart and clean, great breakfast.
− On booking, we expected a spa and gym, but this is currently under construction which we were not aware of ahead of booking. Rooms need some more plugs also.
