9.0− Gorgeous place but for the price point it really needs some finishing touches to make it feel more comfortable! Lamps, pictures etc. Also an umbrella for the pool area. Privacy screening by the driveway would be good too! otherwise was great, we had a fantastic time.

10.0Lovely villa in a lovely location. Well appointed using top quality materials. The view was fantastic. Easy to walk into the village and all facilities you are likely to need are there. Tignale also offer a free shuttle service to the coast through their App. This was very good. We also used this as a base to visit other places, Boat to Limone and Malcesine, trains to Venice and Milan. (Although to get train requires a drive to the station an hour away. However trains very clean reliable and cheap compared to the UK!!).
− I had a problem getting onto the agents website despite several attempts in the run up to the holiday so certain things we didn't know about. For instance towels were not in the price so no towels on arrival. When asked they brought them immediately although we were charged 5 Euros per person for this service. I would have thought this would have been inclusive? We arrived after the office closed to collect the keys due to flight delays. The keys were left for us in a local Cafe which was no problem but, 100 Euro charge for late arrival not justified...
