6.0The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a bit problematic because the desk had a completely unidentifiable credit card number for me. The check-in staff was able to correct quickly but where the third part reservation site got this number is beyond me.

10.0The entire staff was friendly and professional. Parking was convenient and we felt safe. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, nicely presented and delicious. The lady who served it was very cheerful and helpful, which made us feel special and welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed had four supportive pillows and the mattress was soft, comfortable and supportive. The layout of the hotel and the rooms is modern, convenient and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Job well done team!
