10.0A great stay we had a Joyce’s. So central to everything parked the car outside. Staff very friendly and met the cleaning staff the following day they were just lovely very friendly girls.

− My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was a large festival taking place literally outside our window. We were never informed about this when booking our stay. The music was incredibly loud and the event continued until around 4:00 a.m., making it impossible to get any sleep. To make matters worse, at 7:00 a.m. the clean-up started, with staff using a petrol-powered leaf blower directly outside the hotel, creating even more noise after a sleepless night. When I asked to speak with the hotel manager to discuss the situation, I was simply told that the manager was “busy” and unavailable. I also sent emails to the hotel regarding this issue, but they never responded. The lack of communication before our arrival, the poor handling of our complaint, and the complete absence of customer service made this a very frustrating experience. Had we been informed about the festival in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

9.0The room was clean bathroom great, nice view of the hills. We were at the back and pretty quiet .
− Being both in mid 70's wer were left at bottom of a very high flight of stairs, here's the key for this door this is key forthat door. After carrying our bags up fiddling keys not told to put the fob in for electricity. In the room we waited for kettle to boil now after 5mins nothing happening I went all way down the stairs to get a new kettle. Only to discover no electricity and then saw the compartment for key fob near the door. If the young man had done his job right in 1st place this would never have happened. But he ditched us at the door outside on the street 🙄 and went back to the bar. Another observation we had was that the towels were on top of the wardrobe after searching for them and asking for some. Great place would be the bathroom, plenty of room for nice shelves in that bathroom, no hooks either for hanging up ur things or towels. Just a suggestion. Thank you . Had a drink in your bar young man with glasses was very helpful more so than the 1 on Sunday evening at 6.30.
