Good boutique hotel
8.0The room was smallish but very comfortable and clean with great views from the 13th floor. Without exception all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I liked the idea of the sparkling or still water bottles available from the reception area to take up to the room. Amenities such as shower caps, slippers etc were offered at check in and were delivered to the room. Valet parking was expensive but extremely convenient and a safe and secure place to leave your car and especially not having to worry about squeezing my car in some pokey car park was worth the extra money. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.
− Finding the entrance was a bit confusing and if arriving by car make sure you access the car park at 374 Lonsdale and drive down the ramp where the valet parking is. If the gate is closed there is a phone number listed to call. The room lighting was also a challenge. It took me ages to work out how to operate them. I would suggest management leaves some instructions for future guests.
