10.0Well organised shuttle service for both pick-up and drop-off, before a quick and easy check-in. The room was comfortable and clean and I was able to walk just across the road for dinner which was perfect.

− They didnt offer a service even on request. Finally I had to make them to do it at 10pm

8.0It was close to JFK; free breakfast; staff were nice; restaurant across at another hotel; clean and newish; it had an airport shuttle;
− The area is mostly residential so no other restaurant aside from the other hotel that we can walk to; no nearby stores; or areas we can explore by foot;
