− Staff were rude, room was filthy. Mouldy cutlery in the draws, floors sticky, poorly patched holes in the wall, hair in the showers and beds. Chairs and couches stained. Was gross

False advertising wrong pics

− U do not advertise a apartment that looks and feels nothing like the excellent pics advertised thats very false advertising then i went to the office with the key saying i cannot stay i want to be refunded the guy behind the counter asked why andмау i said i cannot bring my wife theret the guy at office said bad luck u have get in touch with booking but impossible for that so i left and brought the keys back on monday biggest waste of money flop! nothing like whats advertised even the bedroom was pathetic... there was 30 cm around edge of bed lies lies it was so shit i did not even sleep or stay in the room !!
