− Klimaanlage defekt, Ventilator stand bereits im Zimmer und hat in keinster Weise gekühlt (trotz Wissen wurde uns dies beim Ceck-In nicht mitgeteilt), nach 1 Nacht in anderes Zimmer umgezogen
