− There was no noise isolation with my neighbor. I could hear everything. It is quite annoying when your neighbor starts being active at 5am and that wakes you up. Restaurant was very expensive.
I had a wonderful stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
9.0The quality of the breakfast was good, but there is scope to improve the selection by offering more variety
− I think extending the check-out time by one hour would make the experience more convenient for visitors.

9.0The exceptional service given by Mirriam at the front desk, the day I arrived. She took her time explaining everything without taking for granted that I could have an idea how things work. I noticed the same with the customer she attended to, right ahead of me.
− The shower head kept dislodging from the hose whilst in use. There's need to look into that.
