− 寝具が掛布団だけだと寒い。土地柄、エアコンでの暖房も設置すべき。 宿泊フロアに洗面台がない。 乾燥室が整備されていない(スキー・スノボは室外暖房無し、ブーツ置場は棚になっていない)。

8.0− 今回は少し残念な体験となりました。 夕方6時に注文したのに、実際に食事が運ばれるまでに1時間も待たされてしまいました。 セルフコーナーの冷水がなくなっても補充されず、食器返却口には食器が溢れかえって置く場所がない状態で、スタッフの方も手が回っていない様子が見て取れました。 サービス体制の改善を期待したいと思います。 需要我帮你再调整成带点惋惜感、更温和的评论口吻吗？

− We saw at least 7 bugs in our room!!!!! We stayed 4 nights . I have to clean these bugs every day and night! They are everywhere! This is disgusting and unacceptable!!!!!
