− The room had hair in the tun and we had to switch rooms because the toilet dis not flush. We were given 2 twin beds for my husband and myself which was nuts.
A very disappointing and freezing experience; I regret not choosing the Hilton instead.
1.0The hotel was clean.
− From check-in to check-out, we never saw any housekeeping staff, and no one checked if our room needed cleaning. The toiletries were only enough for one use and were never restocked. Most importantly, in -12°F weather, the heater was dysfunctional; it blew cold air after a few minutes. The entire hotel, including the hallways and restaurant, was freezing, and the breakfast was mediocre and cold.
