10.0I recently stayed at the Graduate in Lansing and had a great experience. Our valet, Dylan greeted me in a very friendly and capable manner. The next day upon checking out Dylan had my vehicle ready and waiting and was very courteous,, checking in on how the stay went for me. His professional demeanor stood out. The front desk was very friendly and my room was well maintained and in the perfect location! Overall this was a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back.

8.0I had some issues when I was checking into the hotel. But i was easily able to put my car into valet! Jason Trent and Liban are the best! Excellent valet experience!
