Would rather stay at a hostel
1.0The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was disappointing.
− The room and many of the common areas were dirty and not well maintained. Several things were damaged or broken, making the stay feel uncomfortable. The hotel does not look as advertised and lacks proper maintenance. The biggest disappointment was the service. One of the older female staff members wearing a headscarf was unfriendly from the very beginning of our stay and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
Pleasantly surprised and have booked a return stay
10.0great location walking distance to many things. a busy hotel run by lots of different agencies who rent out the rooms. good service from the front desk. you have to scan onto the lift for your floor so lots of security. pool is great for a dip, it seemed busier at night but in the heat of the day when you need to cool off it is quiet, before the 3pm check in. we have booked to stay again for our return trip in a week to KL. Such good value for money. middle aged travellers from NZ

− Muy lejos de las Petronas, te "venden" que está cerca y ni desde la infinity pool se ven bien. Un fisaco en ese aspecto.
