Lovely little hotel needs an update but has all you need .
10.0Great little hotel somewhat shabby but my sea view room was spotless and lovely white sheets and thick pillows . The staff make this hotel they are very friendly and welcoming. There is no disabled access at the front but there is an intercom the staff will carry your luggage up the steps and down again when leaving or there is a back disabled entrance which I felt was dark and bit scary . There is a car park there too and a chippie , Italian restaurant mins from back entrance. The food especially breakfast was superb and substantial. The distance from the heart of Llandudno was quite far for me as I walk with a stick but the hop on and off bus is quite reasonable and the walk along the prom is pleasant. The hotel has a small lift to upper floors. This hotel is very dog friendly which I loved even though mine were at home . I would definitely book a sea view room again if I returned to Llandudno.

8.0Staff was friendly and helpful. Dog friendly, great location, nice bar on the premises, free parking at the side of the hotel.

4.0The breakfast was very nice and a lot of choice.The staff were excellent.
− Our room was very small, nothing like the pictures they use. A small window is cracked and sellotape is used to keep the glass in place. Hairs around the shower. The wall under the table is full of tea and coffee stains. The base of the bed is ripped. Dust on the top of the TV. The windowsill is sticky and dirty. The carpet in the hallway needs replacing i could smell the damp. We will not be returning.

4.0I really liked the location of the Seafront Hotel by Compass Hospitality. Being right by the seafront was the best part of the stay, with lovely views and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. It made it convenient to walk around and enjoy the surroundings without needing transport. Although it’s a 3-star property with fairly basic facilities, the location definitely makes it worthwhile, especially for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.
− What I didn’t like about the Seafront Hotel by Compass Hospitality was the lack of cleanliness and the poor facilities. The room did not feel properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic standards of hygiene didn’t seem to be maintained. In addition, the facilities were quite limited and not up to expectations, even for a 3-star hotel. Overall, aside from the good location, the condition of the hotel and its amenities were disappointing.
