2.0Wheb we checked in, pool and tub weren’t cleaned. It was disgusting with mold and dirt. We tried reaching out to them to send cleaners but nobody came. We were not able to enjoy the ammenities that were supposed to be included for what we paid for.

8.0庭のジャグジーの蛇口が壊れている、栓が壊れておりなかなか水が溜まらないのは残念でした。 施設内の管理用と想像しますがWIFIが飛んでいたので宿泊客には解放して欲しいと思います。 あまりにも携帯電波(4GやLTE)が弱く、レストランの検索、翌日の予定などを立てる際にもとても不便(3Gではまともにネットが使えません)でした。通信環境の整備をお願いしたいと思います。
