Nice apartment didn’t like the lack of personal touch very much a business and could tell. Wouldn’t book again.
5.0It’s a lovely apartment.
− Having to travel to another location for the key. The doors slam shut a bit unsafe for small children. Can opener didn’t work. Mattress cover didn’t cover the full bed so found yourself rolling off. The garage door was so noisy it woke us up every time someone used it. The building was very noisy in the wind,
Good location, spacious and comfy
9.0The location was perfect. The property has lots of space and had everything we needed for our stay. Contactless key collection was easy and clear instructions were provided. Staff did contact to check all was ok by call and text. The beds were very comfy. It is located on the ground floor and parking was easy to find.
− The kitchen could have been cleaner for our arrival. There were still marks on the worktop surfaces and cooker top. It wasn’t a problem for me but might be an issue for some. It was not explained in the listing that they charge a damages wavier of £30 or deposit of £300 before you can collect the keys. Again not a problem for me as we were out most of the time but the TV is not great. We thought the remote didn’t work but it did but was just very slow to respond.

Poor customer service
3.0stayed for 2 nights at sea breeze. As per reported Incident the bench in the back garden broke when my niece sat on it. This resulted in her being hurt in the elbow , backside and back. Then it snapped my sister was standing beside her and this landed on her foot. 2 parties have been injured. I would like to raise this as A formal complaint. Overall we loved the house. However this severely impacted our stay which we paid a lot of money for. Donnini response was to say they do not accept any responsibility for the disrepair of their garden furniture 😡and they were very unhelpful Have now raised complaint with booking.com
