Gemütlich,alles da was man braucht,in der Nähe Lebensmittelladen,Pub,Restaurants,ruhige Strasse da Fahrradstrasse,sehr angenehm,nicht weit zum Centrum ob zu Fuss gemütlich spazieren oder mit dem Bus,wir sind begeistert,falls nochmal London dann ganz sicher die Wohnung nochmal buchen

− Ich suche nicht und finde auch nicht aber perönlich grössere couch im Wohnbereich wäre luxus gewesen,der Boden war auch gemütlich

Romslig leilighet i en hyggelig del av byen.

− Leilighet 1 ligger i kjelleretasjen mot bakgård og lukter kattepiss. Varmtvannskranen var ødelagt så fikk bytte til leilighet 6. Meget bra leilighet når man først kommer opp til 4. Etg uten heis.

Did not end up staying

− I had a very disappointing experience with Holborn Viridian Apartments and would not recommend this property. The listing was misleading regarding the location. The apartment is situated behind the back alley of a restaurant, something that was not made clear when booking. Had I known the actual setting, I would not have chosen this property. Finding the apartment was difficult, and when I finally located it, the entrance was blocked by piles of trash and debris. This created a very poor first impression and immediately raised concerns about the property's condition and safety. The check-in process was equally problematic. The access code provided in the instructions did not work, forcing me to make an international phone call to the property manager. I spent nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue and incurred additional costs as a result. While a new code was eventually provided, the condition of the entrance and the overall situation left me feeling uncomfortable about staying there. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, the property management repeatedly insisted that the apartment was fine and encouraged me to proceed with the stay. They later offered an alternative property, but it was located across town and was not a practical replacement for what I had booked. In the end, I had to find a hotel on my own late at night and pay nearly twice as much for accommodation. The entire experience was stressful, inconvenient, and costly. I appreciate that the host documented the issue and communicated with me, but unfortunately the overall experience fell far below expectations. Potential guests should carefully research the property's exact location and be aware that check-in issues may occur. Would not stay here again.

− A few hours before entering the apartment, I have received a notice of cancellation by Viridian. Very likely due to overbooking practice. However I was fully reimbursed after a few days

Central London apartment, very spacious comparably

Size of this property for central London is very good. Most hotels in London are absolutely tiny, but the space here is very good. Also lots of windows/natural light. Great location

− A bit noisy when other apartments are coming and going, but that is probably normal given it’s a weekend stay in central London.

Much smaller than the pictures. The location was good though.

− Too small for three people (2 bedrooms). Bed was super uncomfortable. And the decor and appearance was tired.
