The place is absolutely amazing huge and so very modern. Great communication and had a lovely time here

− Only down side was that the pool and the sun chairs are covered by shade:(

The place overall was clean

− Check out time was changed 1 hour earlier after confirmed booking. Noise complaint from owner (4 people having some drinks no party). Pool very small and ice cold.

Could be a nice place if it was less noise and with out Eater the rude and cold manager that treated us so bad and made

The property is very nice however the couple that managed the property need to learn how to manage and how it treat people. Ester&her husband were very cold toward us. The Clenning lady told us to walk inn and leave our stuff in our rooms because it’s ready and clean Easter made it as a bad move and asked us to wait outside in the heat. The all night people around our Vila had a party until very late at night with loud noise and music we couldn’t sleep at all. I woke up in the morning to a text message from Easter saying that we made the noise that it wasn’t true, she didn’t check who made the noise just judge us for no reason. So as her husband. This is very bad customer service. We paid top money to enjoy the house but we didn’t enjoy at all because of the noise and Eater behaviour very rude person.

− Noise all day from construction, party noise from the Vila around until 3 am in the morning and very ride manger that Blaine’s us for the noise with out checking who really made the noise. She could call the police but she didn’t. The house was ready for checking inn at 13:30 I asked to lay down because I’m sick and she refused to let me inn made me to go out to the street and come back at 15:00 That grid and disrespect toward a customer.
