Bad experience.
2.0The location was ideal for my situation.
− The room was not cleaned properly, I left the same night. I've now been waiting over 3 Weeks for my refund. I've left several messages for management to contact me I haven't heard anything yet. Booking.com has sent emails for management also no response.
