7.0Liked the room and the location. The hotel staff was good. It was a person at the front desk that I took issue with. Didn't have the correct reservation and gave me the wron room,initially. Made me feel like I didn't know what room I reserved. It was eventually straightened out by another individual at the front desk. After the stay,I received an email receipt with extra room charges and taxes. The matter was eventually resolved and the extra charges were refunded after I contacted Marriott Bonvoy concerning the charges.
