7.0The room was nice. The staff was great, very friendly from check in and helpful when. I needed to make an adjustment.
− Probably the worst hotel pool I've experienced. LOUD, so loud. The acoustics were insane. There were only a handfull of kids in there but it sounded like there were 50. And I have 3 of my own, so I understand kids at a pool. Also, slippery AF. I'm shocked I didn't see someone fall in the 10 minutes I spent there. I (a very fit, 30-something, non-wobbly personal trainer) almost fell twice myself walking as slowly as I could. There were soggy crackers in corners around the hot tub. And lastly, the hot tub was not at all hot. I could've gotten past all that, and wouldn't have complained at all, if that had been good. But not having a tub of any kind in the room, and then a lukewarm hot tub really killed it for me. Also, not a comfortable mattress. My low back hurt all night and throughout the days I was there and the whole 7 hour drive home.

5.0The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious.
− We were not able to control the temperature in the room. There was a unit that made a loud noise as it started blowing cold air and continued loudly blowing every 10 minutes or so making that loud noise . in between that unit coming on it got quite warm in the room. This made sleeping hard. Breakfast was posted as 7-9. We arrived at 8 and there were no eggs and we were told there wouldn't be any more supplied.
