1.0The property was very filthy and disgusting. There were stains on the floor and the shower wall. The room smelled of urine.

− Dirty noisy no tv but in description no kettle replacement next day bathroom and kitchen dirty front door left open all the time by other residents
It was disappointing
4.0The property was easy to locate and access.
− The room floor and wardrobe were dirty. The heating system was not working optimally. I was literally freezing in my first 2 nights. I raised a complaint to the host to send their maintenance team to fix the heating system, but I was told to fix it by myself. There are cobwebs in the building, and bathroom. The staircase, and walkways are dirty.

7.0Nice, convenient area of town. Booked for a clients mum. She liked it.
− Staff were not responsive to emails. Apparently, emails were not manned over the Christmas. Sold a room while confused as to availability of space. Client was stood out till other occupants opened the door for her. Confusion, I think it was due to the booking being done at festive season.

8.0The location is very convenient. The place is a bit small but it is quite comfortable. The management company is always there to sort out any issues. The other guests are amazing and do not bother you.
− The shared bathroom isnt the best to be very honest, very small, no mirror inside.

− The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the springs were very noticeable making it painful. The room smelt of humidity which meant that by the end the clothes did as well, the freezer would leak during the night on to the fridge and the windows don't insulate properly making the property extremely cold.
