10.0tamanho do quarto e do banheiro muito bons e o atendimento das pessoas, muito bom.
− cama e travesseiros muito moles, não davam sustentação para o corpo. precisaria ser um pouco mais firmes. não ficou claro também quando o quarto seria limpo e arrumado. ficamos 4 noites e não houve limpeza.

− Couldn’t adjust the fan in the room. We asked for room service and all we got was 2 new bath towels and they didn’t even take our dirty ones.
