9.0The location is excellent. The apartment is beautifully renovated, with everything looking modern and new
− There is no proper air conditioning system. There is only one portable AC unit, and it wasn't installed very well. It only cools the bedroom, while the living room stays hot. There was also no fan in the living room for the second person sleeping there

− Necessita di manutenzione.. Per il prezzo non mi aspettavo di trovare soffitti e muri del bagno con evidenti infiltrazioni, battiscopa del bagno da sostituire, materasso molto usato. Non c’è aria condizionata; il pinguino in camera da letto permette di rinfrescare l’ambiente ma risulta rumoroso e non rinfresca il resto della casa

Boa localização , serviço de check in péssimo ,atraso, nada gentil , não passou wifi .
8.0Muito bem localizada e com tudo q se necessita , toalhas e roupa de cama , travesseiros de boa qualidade e limpíssimos .
− A energia caiu 2 vezes enquanto usávamos o forno . Tem infiltração nas paredes , e um pó preto q cai no canto da bancada do banheiro vindo do teto.
