− I paid for a room that I didnt get and I didnt get a refund after it was figured out that I was in the wrong room the room I booked wasn't available and its not fair that I didn't get a partial refund I paid alot of money for a room I didnt even get I got a down grade

− Horrible place no staff have to talk to someone through a kiosk. Door was broken. Room was dirty old socks left in the room. Half of the hotel was closed down. Sheets dirty couldn’t get new sheets or towels
