A real gem in Chester
10.0We stayed for 1 night in the Money Penny apartment. The guy on reception was really helpful and checked us in quickly and helped us with our suitcase to the apartment. We had requested for a travel cot prior to arriving and this was already in our room on arrival. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and very clean. There was air conditioning in the bedroom which was great as we visited during a heatwave. It was lovely and quiet all night, we didnt hear a thing outside and had the window open in both the living area and the bedroom. The beds are super comfy too! The location is perfect. You can park in the multi story car park which is right next to the hotel and everything you would want to do in Chester city is close. The Zoo and Chesire Oaks are also a very short drive away. Overall this was a fantastic apartment and we would happily return here in the future!

8.0It was in a good location easy walking distance to all attractions and town centre . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade as it was so hot and a portable air conditioner was in our room
− Very difficult to find especially from the car park. On a Sunday morning shopping centre doesn’t open until late so only access to car park is via ramp
