Unexpected great!
10.0Amazing location just near the Mountain. Great hot pools of all size! I think the ratings very love refers to older rooms, because now they built new bungalows very comfy. I stayed in the old rooms anyways and I think the quality for the price was Amazing. Do not stay in berastagi Town, it's horrible. Come in this area instead

1.0− Location cannot been identify through Waze and Google Map. Local people, taxi driver & grab driver didn't know about this place. Being searching for 2 hours in heavy traffic but reach the pin location there's no building. Keep calling the property but cannot get through. At last decided to search nearby hotel and luckily still available and immediately check in and paid. Once check in, call booking.com centre and made complain regarding the dispute location and ask for refund and reply email from booking.com centre also cannot get any news from property and very dissapointed booking.com to direct complaint to the property and ask for the refund. It seems like booking.com also don't want to take any responsibility.
