Decent stay, snobby and rude staff
5.0We liked that the room itself was clean. The check-in was OK, however, the staff did not properly prep you for anything you might need to know. For example, the bathroom light will not work unless you put your key card into a slot near the door. Wen asked about laundry pods for the washer dryer. I was tossed a pod and not acknowledged. Staff was very standoffish.
− No instructions on basic stuff. The TV did have some instructions when you turn it on, but not clarifying enough.
