− Coffee was not hot and fresh both times we tried it. . Breakfast was well below expectation. Pancake machine doesn't cook them long enough. Eggs were luke warm and did not seem fresh. Sausage was chewy.

9.0Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, simple. Free parking. Location convenient to Loop 1 and Hwy 183. Decent breakfast, served early.
