Rushed staff, dirty room and not a nice experience
3.0− Room was filthy Staff rushed, not helpful and rude Even check in I was stood waiting at the front of the queue with staff running around (no hello, no we will be right with you) The girl who eventually checked me in said Moxy and lime Travelodge hotels, I laughed at the time (maybe she was right)

9.0Welcome drink was a nice touch. Very friendly staff Room to allow bags to be dropped off at the back of the hotel before parking in the car park - 5 mins away. Large rooms
