6.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Anwesen beeindruckend. Die Gastgeber bzw die Betreuer diese Wohnung, Happy Rentals waren miserabel. Die Sessel im Wohnzimmer total verdreckt, sie brachten Tücher um zu bedecken. Große Terrasse ohne Schatten oder Sonnenschirme. Vier Metallliegen ohne Auflagen, unsere wiederholten Bitten diesbezüglich wurden nicht erhöhrt. Es herrscht eine Sprache, wie beim Militär; "für jede nicht entsorgen Mültüte werden 50!!! Euro berechnet"- zu den Sammeltonnen sind es 18 Stufen. 50€ für 18 Stufen ist schon eine Nummer. Im Bad mehrmals: "Es ist Verboten!! z.B. FeuchtTücher ins Klo zu werfen. Ich denke "Tun Sie es bitte nicht" würde voll ausreichend. Ich wunderte mich, dass Happy Rentals keine Selbstschussanlage installiert hat (es gibt noch 3 Wohnungen, die von den Besitzern bzw Familie betreut werden, nicht von Happy Rentals.
