It was a nice tipycal Japanese house. Had all the commodities, accessible 15min by foot from train station. Host answered quickly our questions.

− It was difficult to find keys from the house, the neighbourhood was pretty dark and electricity stopped when we used microwave and electric stove.

Its good however... If more of these.... Would be good

Cosy, easy access to supermarket, food. There even have a map to share all the near by facilities, food and place of interest.

− I am a solo traveller. So i use one room. There are 2 rooms. One of the room has an air con but the other does not have one installed. If it is going to be winter, and you have 2 couples. The other room, which want privacy, wouldnt have sufficient warm even though there is a portable mini heater. Lighting for the second room is dimmer. Overall, all the items mentioned in the booking are available and in working condition.

Don’t make customer to wait for such a long time, your been paid to provide us a better comfort.

− They made us (with my 3 years old kid) to wait outside the apartment for more than 1 hour to provide me the keys, which really made me frustrated as it was so chilling outside there. And the room dnt have the tooth brush & tooth paste, though it was mentioned in the amenity.

The apartment was really nice. Good location and price. Communication was fast and clear, until the day of check-in, when they stopped answering completely. We tried to ask things like how to access the key and how to check-in properly. We tried through e-mail, through hotels.com and we tried calling, no answer. We managed to solve it ourselves after a while but they have still remained completely silent, two days after check-out at the time of writing.

Sehr große Wohnung, in Großstädten wie Tokio würde man nur davon Träumen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Bis zur Haltestelle muss man ca 10 bis 15min laufen. In Supermarkt gibt es nur am Bahnhof. Liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Wir haben die Zeit erwischt, wo die Frösche in der Nacht ein kostenloses Konzert veranstaltet haben. Die Wohnung war sauber.

− Eine detailliertere Beschreibung wie man den Schlüssel bekommt wäre super, wir haben 15min gebraucht und sahen deswegen sehr verdächtigt aus, vorallem weil es bereits dunkel war.

− 15 minutes walk to train station. Not many shops or restaurant in the nearer walking distance range.
