A szálláshely szép, modern. A reggeli jobb mint az átlag, de azért lehet rajta javítani.

− A recepciósok nem voltak segítőkészek. Más szobát adtak mint amit foglaltam és bár előre fizettem a bookingon még egyszer ki kellett fizetnem a szobát, ezt a pénzt azóta sem kaptam vissza.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how new (or beautifully renovated) everything looked. The entire property is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Every area was clean, organized, and inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities are excellent, and the gym deserves a special mention. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve used. What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. I especially want to thank the front desk team for going above and beyond. They kindly accommodated a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which I really appreciated. Many hotels either don’t offer late check-out at all or only extend it until noon, so this flexibility made a huge difference and allowed me to enjoy my last day without feeling rushed. A special thank you goes to one of the front desk associates—I believe her name was Yati. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Her warm personality, positive energy, and genuine smile made every interaction a pleasure. It’s clear that the hotel has an outstanding team that truly cares about its guests. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Fantastic stay

Had an incredible short stay and wished it was longer. The room was super spacious, great kitchenette and good desk space for work. The lobby staff were all absolutely incredible. I would come back again.

Underwhelmed stay

Last time we stayed at the Element Tampa had a few Roaches in our room. This time only saw roaches in the halls. House keeping had 12 hours to service our room but failed. Called front desk to at least get new towels this required one in person visit and 2 phone calls. Each night of our visit the roof top restaurant bar was booked privately. No seating for hotel guests and crowd was inappropriately dressed with lewd behavior. We have stayed at this hotel for several years and it has definitely gone down hill. We are Marriott Members and feel this hotel does not exemplify the Marriott brand.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas

− La piscina es demasiado pequeña ! El desayuno es muy básico y además de esto hacen Pool party los fines de semana lo cual no te permite disfrutar de la piscina porque no es permitido los niños . En este caso no es un buen hotel familiar
