8.0I liked that it was close to Shimbashi station. The staff was very nice. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. The room was clean and tidy.
− The lights of the AC's control panel and fire alarm in my room shone rather brightly at night, so I had trouble sleeping. Plus, the WiFi and internet reception in my room were quite bad, so I kept getting disconnected when I had to talk on the phone.

5.0− ベッドに誰かの髪の毛が付いていて気分が悪かったです。 部屋のドライヤーも壊れていました。 ホテル自体は好立地でサービスも良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思っています。改善されることを望みます。
