6.0nice staff..... great location. Great bathroom (especially the shower).
− Took forever for elevators... the breakfast was ok, but not great. Rooms were very small, which made it difficult to get up out of bed.

8.0Loved the location. The breakfast was amazing. I appreciated the free umbrellas in the lobby, free tea, and amenities nook in the back. I accidentally booked two separate reservations, and the staff was able to help me stay in the same room for the whole time.
− The rooms are small for the price, but I think you'll find that's the case in most hotels in Tokyo.
