− People leaving mess in the communal kitchen area for others to clean up. This is not the fault of the company, but a fault of those that use this accommodation. No doubt it happens elsewhere!

7.0We had a bit of a problem with check-in so we called them and everyone was very helpful and they really tried to fix it as soon as possible. The room was ok.
− We didn't get the codes for the room right away so we had to wait and the additional online check-in was annoying. I also didn't notice the deposit for damages, when I was booking it and I was a bit disappointed by that as it was another thing to do beforehand. The process was too complicated and then we had problems with locks. I would probably choose another accomodation next time just so I don't have to deal with all of that
