− Il faudrait le rénover, il y’a plusieurs choses qui ne vont pas, mais pour séjourné la nuit c’est largement convenable

2.0La situation : accessible facilement en transport en commun
− Logement insalubre : moisissures dans chaque pièce, salle de bain dangereuse au niveau hygiène ( équipements rouillés). Réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas ainsi que le lave linge (avec moisissures sur les joints). Porté d'entrée non sécurisée. Fourmis presentent dans la cuisine. Appartement non insonorisé. Le 1er jour personne pour nous accueillir et difficultés pour joindre le staff.
