7.0− Self checkin som man var tvungen att knappa in samtliga i sällskapet. Ingen personal på plats mer än helpdesk. Frukostpersonal var trevliga. Utcheckning kom personal till incheckningsdesk, är det inte bättre att de finns tillhanda vid incheckning?
