10.0beautiful property, great for families. Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load.
Awful! We ended up contacting Marriott to rescue our stay! Avoid booking.com at all costs.
1.0We drove 4 hours to get to this resort only to be told that there was no reservation for us. Booking.com didn’t even have the correct phone number for the property, they were unable to contact the property or the timeshare owners when we contacted them for support. Booking.com were next to useless and of no help no escalation options, no support.
− The fact that booking.com basically stole money from us under false pretenses!!
