A Tourist Worse Nightmare
1.0The hotel was clean and was well taken care of.
− The hotel staff at the front desk was awful. I prepaid for my room and taxes. The hotel staff tried to make me double pay. I advised the front desk personnel ( Brittney) and showed her the confirmation email from Booking. She stated that she would correct the issue. I later received a email from the hotel with the incorrect charges. After about a 5 or 6 hour fight with them. The charges were corrected. The front desk manager Michelle Salazar was not truly helpful until I told her that I was going to complain to the corporate office. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is the only reason for a low rating.
