Prijs-kwaliteit was heeeeeel ver te zoeken. Er zijn veel betere hotels in NYC in deze prijsrange. Do not recommend.
4.0Ligging was centraal met metro vlakbij. Mooi uitzicht over de stad. Sommige medewerkers deden hun best.
− Heel kleine kamer met quasi geen opbergruimte en ook geen plaats om koffer te laten staan. 1 hangkast van misschien 50cm breed waar dan ook nog een strijkplank en strijkijzer in gepropt werden (dat we nergens elders kwijt konden). Ontbijt was verschrikkelijk slecht zowel van kwaliteitseis naar keuze (nog nooit zoiets tegen gekomen)en de ontbijtruimte heel ongezellig, onhygiënisch en te klein voor de capaciteit van het hotel. Gezellig ontbijten. Was er niet bij dus we hebben het er maar bij gelaten en zijn elders gaan ontbijten. Liften waren dikwijls overbezet waardoor het heel lang wachten was en naar beneden of boven lopen van de 30ste verdieping was echt geen optie. Staff was volledig overrompeld en vermoedelijk understaffed. Ben al naar veel hotels geweest maar dit was qua service en accommodatie echt wel een dieptepunt.
The hotel is overpriced, but its NY so I guess its expected.
6.0The only thing I liked was the proximity to time square which is why we chose that location. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the floor wasn't properly swept,we found human hair on the floor. Our stay was 1 night so we didn't make a big deal of it.
− After my stay I was charged for a watching a movie on my bill which I didn't do. When I called to have it looked into, I spoke with someone who said they would investigate and get back to me and they never did. That changed how I feel about the whole experience.

10.0It was very clean. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety to choose from.
− The AC turned on and off randomly during the night while making a very loud noise. It was a bit frustrating considering how we were woken up.

9.0Es un hotel con muchas habitaciones. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy cómoda y placentera. Nos tocó una habitación con una vista envidiable. El desayuno fue bueno y variado. El hotel te permite guardar las maletas sin costo lo que es un punto muy importante a considerar por las horas de check in y out. Lo recomendaria.
− La ubicación quizas no es la mejor. Depende de tus planes en NY.
