7.0staff was gentle, we arrived late but they helped us organising the tour to Ijen, even if they couldn’t speak english
− good for the price if you are the kind of traveller who can adapt, it’s cheap and it’s ok if you have just to sleep and have a shower. however, at least a brush sometimes..

10.0The location was great to be able relax after being on the move for sometime. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed to have been clean for my arrival. Staff were helpful in telling me places to go, see and eat
