Beautiful but very poor service
5.0The room was a decent size and had a stunning view
− No tableware at all, not even spoons, knives or even chopsticks. They warn you cooking is forbidden but apparently take away food is too given the lack of supplies. The whole building is unmanned meaning in any case you have to call/send a message to someone who is elsewhere. You have to do everything via an app but they forgot we requested cleaning and I had to call the number multiple times before someone picked up.

− 차없이 갔지만 차 갖고 갓으면 주차는 좀 불편했을듯
