We had a good time and enjoyed our stay at Mimaru
9.0Conveniently located to train station and attractions. It was good to have our other family members located on the same floor. And we appreciated that we could leave our luggage in the lobby after check out, since we had a late departure from Narita.
The hotel was great for our family- kids liked the bunk beds

8.0The location was very convenient with a family mart next door. Though we were a bit further away from Shibuya and Shinjuku it was nice to be in a "quieter" area and only a few mins away from the train station. The laundry room has 4 washers and dryers. The room was spacious for what we needed. Love the separate bathroom and toilet. The shower was spacious and there was even a bathtub. The beds were comfortable and you can even borrow power adaptors. Great service.
− Only one lift servicing the whole hotel. It can take a while to go up or down during peak hours. Even staff need to use this lift in the morning moving trundle beds, etc..
