10.0Staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is amazing and gigantic, water is clean, it's 1 minute walk from the hotel and has sunbeds and changing rooms. Allowed late check-out with ease. Rooms were cleaned well each day and even late afternoon/evening after we requested as we stayed in late. Only slight downside is that security will sleep and lock the front main gate so if you're coming back after midnight then be aware. Needing a new parking receipt everyday was a bit much when using the same bike everyday for 5 days stay, why not just the one?
