7.0L'appartamento è molto carino, silenzioso e in una posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti dal mare e vicino a negozi, bar e tutti i servizi. Gli spazi sono piacevoli e non manca praticamente nulla per trascorrere una vacanza. Il gestore è stato inoltre molto gentile e disponibile: quando abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia è intervenuto rapidamente e lo ha risolto.
− Purtroppo l'appartamento è tenuto con poca cura. La pulizia, soprattutto della cucina, è insufficiente: frigorifero sporchissimo, lavastoviglie sporca e piena di calcare, bollitore incrostato di calcare, cassetti della cucina con un cattivo odore e alcuni accessori del bagno poco igienici. Anche la manutenzione lascia a desiderare: tende che si staccano, accensione del gas fissata male, accessori instabili e zanzariera difficile da aprire. Nessuno di questi problemi, preso singolarmente, è grave, ma tutti insieme danno l'impressione di un appartamento poco curato. È un vero peccato, perché con un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione sarebbe davvero un ottimo alloggio.
Agréable et lumineux duplex à deux pas de la Mer
9.0Situé dans une magnifique battice, L'appartement est particulièrement coquet ! Le décoration est faite avec goût, il est très confortable... on a le sentiment de partager la Vie en Italie. J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à y vivre, à cuisiner. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis avec les voisins, la terrasse est particulièrement agréable pour le déjeuner ou l'apéro. Le quartier est très calme et très bien placé tant pour les bars et restaurants, que pour la proximité de la Mer. Le bus pour le centre ville est à 4 minutes à pieds.
− Il ne faut pas rester trop longtemps sous la douche, car l'eau chaude disparaît assez vite, mais l'hôte fait son maximum pour aider en cas de problème. C'est presque un détail. On ne peut pas demander autant de modernité à la robinetterie et tuyauterie de cette magnifique maison, il faut le respecter. Cela fait partie du charme
