ESPERIENZA PESSIMA
2.0Il personale è stato professionale e cortese sia durante il check in che nel check out anticipato. Tale aspetto però non compensa sicuramente le pecche riscontrate nella camera.
− Camera al terzo piano, di per sè in ordine e pulita. Il vero problema erano i miasmi provenienti dal bagno, che si sentivano fin dal corridoio. L’odore, proveniente dagli scarichi, era nauseante e persistente e invadeva l’intera camera anche perché i due ambienti sono separati solo da una vetrata con porta non isolante (fra l’altro con nessuna privacy…). In bagno, inoltre, era presente moltissima muffa. La porta-finestra del balconcino dava sul tetto di un ristorante dove è presente un sistema di ventilazione perennemente acceso e estremamente rumoroso, di giorno e di notte, senza tregua. Anche la prossimità con il vano ascensore era un elemento di disturbo. Unica scelta possibile: cercare una nuova soluzione, rimettendoci i soldi già versati (la persona alla reception si è dimostrata professionale e ha chiesto scusa ma, ripeto, ciò non compensa tutti i difetti riscontrati).
